On the first video released in April, we saw that Tatiana Blass was starting to work on her project of a performance that she would do in London, during her stay in Gasworks. The artist is participating in the residency project, as part of the award for winning PIPA 2011.
In this second video, of a series of three, we’ll see how is her preparation only a few days away from the conclusion of the project. Watch the interview, made via Skype and produced by Matrioska Filmes, for PIPA:

Our muse is back! With the same simplicity and charming personality. Looking forward to see the “final work”. Amazing how well she copes with the pressure. Reminded me of her first PIPA video, when she mentioned her experience of working with actors o a video… She’s becoming so experienced for such a young person. More than 10 years “on the Art road”, and it shows a great set of achievements. In one video she wonders if she’ll have to work 50 more years to produce “something”. IMHO, she’s already produced quite a few impacting, innovative and provocative works. Which with full arc of interests she displays (text, painting, video, sculpture, music…) I’m pretty confident she’ll be up to the challenge to keep the beat.
