About the artist

In 2000 graduates in drawing and sculpture by the Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP, São Paulo.
In 2001 in selected for the Exhibitions Program of CCSP, what grants him his first solo exhibition.
Presents other solo exhibitions at Galeria Virgílio, at Centro Universitário Maria Antônia – Ceuma, and at galeria Marília Razuk, all in São Paulo.

In 2009 presents his first solo exhibition in Rio de Janeiro, at Galeria Anita Schwartz.
In 2010 presents a solo exhibition in the Madrid International Art Fairf, ARCO, beeing one of the artists invited for the Solo-projects program.

Among some collective shows in witch he participated, are Young Brazilian Artists at Galeria André Viana, in 2003, in Porto, Portugal; Rumos Artes Visuais 2008/2009, in São Paulo and other cities on Brazil and in 2010, Dimensões Variáveis at the Centro Cultural São Paulo, 8ª Bienal do Mercosul at MARGS in Porto Alegre and Economy of Means_Scottsdale at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Arizona, EUA.

Is awarded in the Fiat Mostra Brasil in 2006. Two years later is selected as a candidate for the scholarship of the Fundação Iberê Camargo and is one of the highlights in the institution’s digital magazine. In 2009, wins the award Acquisition Banco Espírito Santo in SP Arte Fair, and his work gets into the collection of the Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo. In 2010 has two pieces acquired by the Museum of Modern Art of São Paulo. In 2011 was a finalist in the Marcantonio Villaça Prize and participates in the exhibition of the Instituto Figueredo Ferraz opening in Ribeirão Preto.
