Tatiana Blass’ artistic practice incorporates a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, installation and video. Blass has been exhibiting regularly in art salons, studio shows, and solo and group exhibitions in Brazil and abroad since 1998, when she began her artistic career.

In 2010, she took part in the 29th Biennial of São Paulo and received a scholarship from the Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation (Miami, USA). In 2008, she was one of the five artists shortlisted for the Nam June Paik Award (Germany). That same year, she showed works at the Wallraf-Richartz Museum (Cologne, Germany). In 2011, she was awarded the PIPA Prize in two categories (PIPA and PIPA Popular Vote Exhibition); she participated in the Finalist Exhibitions at the Museum of Modern Art of Rio de Janeiro, and was awarded a residency at Gasworks (London, UK).

In 2013, she was listed as one of the 50 most collectible living artists by the magazine Art+Auction (USA).

In 2014, she participated in an artistic residency in Norway, invited by the 3,14 Stiftelsen Foundation, and had the solo show “Encrenca_ Trøbbel” at Kunsthuset Kabuso, Øystese, Norway.

In 2015, Blass participated in group exhibitions at Kunstmuseum Stuttgart (Germany), Johannes Vogt Gallery (Zona Maco Art Fair, Mexico City), Pinacoteca of the State of São Paulo (Brazil), Museum of Modern Art of São Paulo (Brazil), and Paço Imperial (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), amongst others.
