Tatiana Blass

Tatiana Blass is graduated in Fine Arts from the Arts Institute at the in 2001, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The artist started developing her artwork with drawings and paintings in 1998, later did works in various media. In 2003, she exhibited in the São Paulo Cultural Center. In 2007, she occupied all the Millan Gallery. In 2008, she was one of the finalists for the Nam June Paik Award, with a show in Wallraf-Richartz Museum, in Cologne, Germany; participated in the show at Pablo’s Birthday Gallery, in New York. In 2009, did the show at MAM Bahia. In 2010, she received a grant from Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation, in Miami. In this year, also participated in 29th Bienal of Sao Paulo. In 2011, did a site specific installation titled “Penélope”, at Morumbi Chapel, in São Paulo and a solo show at Carpe Diem, in Lisbon, Portugal. She won PIPA Prize, with a show at MAM Rio de Janeiro. This prize sponsoring the residency in Gasworks, London. Tatiana Blass is represented by Millan Gallery.
