About the artist:

Vauluizo Bezerra was born in Aracaju, Sergipe in 1952. He moved to Bahia in 1955.
Begins his artistic activities as self-taught in the early ‘70s. He entered the School of Fine Arts (UFBA) in 1976.
From there begins to participate in national and international events.
Besides his artistic production, has developed activities as a curator and writing reflective texts on contemporary art in various media such as newspapers, magazines. books and blogs. It works in several museums in Brazil, and won several awards in interests in art salons.
