Antonia Dias Leite was born in Rio de Janeiro, but lives in New York since 2000, when she moved there to go to college, at the age of 20.
In this interview, produced by Matrioska Filmes exclusively for PIPA, the artist tells us about her interest in psychology, and how she creates a surrealistic visual in her images without the use of computer graphics.
She also talks about the diferences between Brazil and the United States in the relations between artists and critics.
