“Arte e Design” [“Art and Design”]

(São Paulo, Brazil) Part of the program “Convivendo com Arte” [“Living with Art”], the show has a participation of 20 Brazilian contemporary artists, including Camila Sposati, Daniel Acosta and Rommulo Vieira Conceição. Several works in the exhibition ironically subvert the use to which the objects were created, leading us to reflect on our way of living and thinking. Other touch sensitivity through poetry, activate memories, fantasies and emotions.

“XVII Unifor Plástica” | Espaço Cultural Unifor

(Fortaleza, Brazil) The University of Fortaleza presents, at Espaço Cultural Unifor, the exhibition “XVII Unifor Plástica”. The show is composed of works by artists who were born or live in Ceará and others by artists from the northeast of Brazil. The exhibition provides an overview of the artistic production of the area. Last days | “Fundo do ar sob ruído de fundo”

(Curitiba, Brazil) The solo exhibition “Fundo do ar sob ruído de fundo”, by Raquel Stolf, presents some works developed as consequence of her project “Assonâncias de silêncios” (2007- now). Her artistic research involves investigating relations between concepts of silence, writing processes and listening situations in the production of propositions and sonorous publications that can be applied in installations, actions, interventions, videos, films, photographs, texts and drawings.

“Arctic”, with Marcelo Moscheta

(Humlebaek, Denmark) Brazilian artist participates in “Arctic”, a group show at Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. Snow and ice, darkness and northern lights, beauty, silence, strife and storm.
