The visual arts fair ARTIGO Rio 2014 gathers about 35 galleries in the Porto do Rio Armazém 6, from the 10th to 14th September. The event aims at bringing more affordable art to collectors and consumers, making room for young artists and new galleries.

Autograph afternoons
The Barléu publisher promotes autograph afternoons with the artists from its most recent pubications – Beatriz Milhazes, José Bechara, Paulo Pasta, Cristina Canale, Daisy Xavier, Emmanuel Nassar andGisele Camargo.

Performance “accelerate but does not run”, by Ana Bial
Ten people with their faces covered by t-shirts (like those called vandalists) walk through the fair, like regular visitors.

“Another Look” Show
A collection of works by actors, musiciains, designers, singers – artists from different medias whose investigation dynamics is impregnated by the sensitivity that bring from their most recognized activities.
