Opening | “Uma coisa linda”, solo show by Efrain Almeida

(São Paulo, Brazil) For the first time, the artist has used bronze, instead of wood, as a raw material for his works. The exhibition features new sculptures and watercolors, along with a large installation that lends the show its title. The artist remembers that the birds “only land where they feel safe,” which enhances the beauty of this scene, evoked in the installation “Uma coisa linda”.

PARTE Contemporary Art Fair 2014 | Meeting point for understanding current art productions

(São Paulo, Brazil) The event proposes a meeting point between the most current productions and the public who always wanted to understand and buy art from their time, without needing to visit dozens of galleries. At PARTE, the chosen galleries display and sell artworks from their collections. It is the first and only fair in Brazil exclusively dedicated to contemporary art. A place to present, know and ultimately, take home the finest recent artistic productions.
