Last weekend | 35th edition of ARCOmadrid

(Madrid, Spain) With 221 galleries from different parts of the world, this edition of the fair will focus on the rising talents of contemporary art, with 98 proposals dedicated to one or two artists, consolidating ARCOmadrid as a benchmark for the discovery and research of new artists.


Marcelo Amorim presents paintings, collages and videos in new solo exhibition

(São Paulo, Brazil) “Marcelo Amorim has been building a singular path for years, revealing, through the appropriation of images found in books, on the internet, on file or in old photographs, hidden meanings of the culture of our time. In “Mechanical”, Amorim deals with a key issue: the fact that we live immersed in a world of images which have a decisive influence on the way we think and behave towards reality”, affirms the Curator Priscila Arantes


Last days | “Lines of Tangency”, with Maria Laet

(Ghent, Belgium) Where do the tangents between past and present, or between ‘I’ and our fellow man, lie? The exhibition invites contemporary artists to work around this grey zone. Using a variety of media, they sketch an animated world in which (human) relationships are once again central.
