Cecília Lima, born in Brazil in 1997, is a visual artist who lives and works in Brasília, Brazil. In her artistic research, she seeks to explore relationships between architecture, scales, spatial occupations, traces, balance, and other dimensions that constitute matter. Everyday displacements are the guiding axis of her experiments in languages such as sculpture, installation, video, and others. Graduated in visual arts from the University of Brasília – UnB. Cecília Lima exhibits regularly since 2017. In 2019, she had her first solo show at the Esponcedra Art and Culture gallery, in Barcelona, Spain. In 2020 she was nominated for the 11th edition of the Pipa Prize.
