Lives and works in Florianópolis, Brazil.

Represented by Myrine Vlavianos Arte Contemporânea and Casa Açoriana.

PIPA 2019 nominee.

Diego de Los Campos graduated in 1997 at the Universidade da República Art School in Uruguay. He has been in Brazil since 1999, and does regular showings and participates in contemporary art exhibitions with works in video, animation, drawings and sound art. In 2010 and 2017 he was selected to show in different Salons, Piracicaba in Ribeirão Preto, Arte Pará, and others. In 2011 he showed “Simpatia” at the Victor Meirelles Museum with animations, photographs and kinetic installations. In 2016 he completed the “Antirretratos” series and it was shown at the Art Museum of Blumenau, at the Municipal Vichietti room, The International Juarez Machado Institute, at L’espace AP in Toulouse, France. He also showed  “Desenhos de um Real” at Masc. since 2010 he has been part of the Nacasaca Artistic Collective where he teaches multimedia courses.
