In Guilherme Ginane’s paintings, the apprehension of the real is a way of establishing an affirmation in the face of the anxious oscillations of contemporary time. It is in the struggle for the harmony of these forces that the surface accumulates different temporalities, managing to impose its chromatic construction and establishing cohabitation between disparate elements. The work calls into question how autonomous camps can live peacefully in the same space.
