Artist-researcher, doctoral candidate in Art, Subject and City and master in Art and Contemporary Culture at UERJ. In his works, he seeks to articulate issues related to the theme of housing in the context of contemporary cities, developing artistic practices in dialogue with archeology and investigating memory, ancestry and history in the relationship between city and landscape. He was awarded the prizes: Funarte Respirarte (2020), Leonello Berti (2019), Acquisition Prize at the 15th Jataí Art Salon (2016) and the Acquisition Prize at the 42nd Luiz Sacilotto Contemporary Art Salon (2014). He held the solo exhibitions: “mais valia” (Casa França-Brasil, Rio de Janeiro, 2022), “Tudo que remou entre nós” (Reserva Cultural Gallery, Niterói, 2022), “Desvão” (Paço Imperial, Rio de Janeiro, 2021), “Construir, destruir, reconstruir” (Espaço Delirium, São Paulo, 2021), “Azenha” (Ribeirão Preto Art Museum, 2020), “Em Torno” (Centro Municipal de Artes Hélio Oiticica, Rio de Janeiro, 2019), “Montparnasse, Vingt Ans Après” (Galeria Ibeu, Rio de Janeiro, 2019), “Impróprio” (Centro Municipal de Artes Hélio Oiticica, Rio de Janeiro, 2018) and “Devir Cidade” (Centro Cultural Justiça Federal, Rio de Janeiro, 2017). She has participated in residencies, exhibitions and festivals in Brazil, Germany, Chile and Peru, among which are: Residency Instituto Superior Latioamericano de Arte (Antofagasta / Chile), Biennial SACO (Antofagasta / Chile), Zeitkunst (Berlin / Germany), EAVerão (EAV Parque Lage / Rio de Janeiro); FAAP Residency (São Paulo), Hélio Oiticica Municipal Art Center Residency (Rio de Janeiro), Casa Carioca (Rio Museum of Art, 2020), São Paulo is not a City (Sesc 24 de maio, São Paulo, 2017), II Bienal Caixa de Novos Artistas (Caixa Cultural – itinerancy, 2016 – 2018) and Processes and Displacements (MAB – FAAP, São Paulo, 2016). His work is part of the collection of the Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro (Joaquim Paiva Collection, RJ), Museu de Arte do Rio (RJ), Museu de Arte de Ribeirão Preto (SP), Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Jataí (GO), MAB-FAAP (SP), and the City Hall of Santo André (SP).
