Letícia Lopes holds a Bacharelor’s Degree in Visual Artes by the Art Institute of UFRGS (2015). She’s participated in many group exhibitions such as: “Caixa Preta” (Fundação Iberê Camargo – 2018), “O lugar enquanto espaço”, curated by Francisco Dalcol (Galeria Baró – 2018), “Na beirada da Superfície” (Boiler Galeria – 2018), “A Novíssima Geração – 2017” (Museu do Trabalho/RS), “Arte Contemporânea do RS” (Czech Center/República Tcheca – 2017), “Scènario”, curated by Mario Gioia (Galeria Aura/SP – 2017), “Memória do que vem, futuro do que foi”, (MAVRS/Passo Fundo – 2017), “MOODBOARD” (Museu de Arte Contemporânea do RS – 2016), “The Unique Institutional Critique Pop-up Boutique” (chamada de Jonas Lund, Galeria Cavalo/RJ – 2016), “Planos Densos” (Paço Municipal, POA/RS – 2015), 20º Salão de Artes Plásticas de Praia Grande (Palácio das Artes, Praia Grande/SP, 2013). In 2018 she held the individuals “Por uma graça alcançada”, at the Museu do Trabalho (POA), curated by Henrique Menezes and “A hora mágica” at Galeria Aura (SP) curated by Gabriela Motta. In 2016 she was selected for the RS Contemporâneo Program, which provided her with the individual ”Presença Sinistra”, held at Santander Cultural, curated by Marcelo Campos (UFRJ). The year before she waas contemplated by the Visual Arts Call Edital para Artes Visuais – Edição 2015 by Fundação Ecarta (POA/RS) with the individual “Exagerar já é um começo de invenção”, at Casa Paralela (Pelotas/RS) and, in 2014, she was awarded by the 3º Prêmio do Instituto Estadual de Artes Visuais do RS for the best show with “Em minha fome mando eu”, individual at Galeria Virgílio Calegari (Casa de Cultura Mário Quintana, POA – RS). In 2016 she was nominated for the categories “Destaque em Pintura” and “Artista Revelação” at the X Edição do Prêmio Açorianos de Artes Plásticas (POA/RS).
