Member of the PIPA Prize Nominating Committee 2011 and 2012.
Curator, art critic and journalist. Holds an MA in History and Art Criticism from the Post Graduation Program in Visual Arts of the Escola de Belas Artes UFRJ, and works as an art critic for Bravo! magazine, published by Editora Abril, in Rio de Janeiro. She was the curator of the following exhibitions: “Diálogo concreto – Design e construtivismo no Brasil” (Caixa Cultural, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, 2008/2009), solo show of Daniel Senise at Gallery 32, in London (2010), “Jogos de guerra – Confrontos e convergências na arte contemporânea brasileira” (Memorial da América Latina, São Paulo , 2010), “Mapas invisíveis – Rio de Janeiro” (Caixa Cultural do Rio de Janeiro, 2010) and co-curator of the 7th edition of Abre Alas, art show for new talents organized by the gallery A Gentil Carioca (2011).
She is the author of the book “Espelho do Brasil – A arte popular vista por seus criadores” (Casa da Palavra, 2008), with photos by Selmy Yassuda and of the Enciclopédia do Estudante – História da Arte e da Arquitetura (Editora Moderna, 2007), co-authored by Leonardo Name. Critic of books on art of “Guia de livros” of the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper and of the “Prosa e Verso” section in the O Globo newspaper.
