Art critic, researcher and independent curator. He holds a PhD in History, Theory and Criticism of Art at the Visual Arts Graduate Program (PPGAV) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with a PhD internship of the New University of Lisbon (UNL). Between 2012 and 2016, he worked as the culture editor and art critic of the newspaper Zero Hora (Porto Alegre, Brazil). In 2016 he was awarded with the Honorable Mention of the Young Critics Incentive Award, granted by the International Association of Art Critics (AICA). He is also a member of Brazilian Association of Art Critics (ABCA, national branch of AICA) and the Brazilian Association of Visual Arts Researchers (ANPAP).
