PIPA Online is the category in which all participating artists are invited to participate, however it is not mandatory. The winner is elected by the highest number of votes their pages individual pages on PIPA’s website.
The goal is to promote and give visibility to all of PIPA’s participating artists and to the Brazilian contemporary art through the internet.
New on PIPA Online 2012.
This year PIPA Online category happened in two rounds.
The first round of voting took place from August 17th to September 2nd.
Only the artists who have reached the minimum number of 300 votes in the 1st round were qualified to the 2nd round.

The score was reset for the beginning of the second round, which happened from 9th to 23rd September.
WINNERS
FIRST PLACE:
Berna Reale was artist with the highest number of votes on PIPA Online 2012, with 4,508 votes and will receive R$10,000 (ten thousand Reais).
SECOND PLACE:
Tinho (Walter Nomura) was the second artist with the highest number of votes in the second round with 3,672 votes and will receive R$5,000 ( five thousand Reais).
