“Lines, graphics, reflexive gestures, compositions based on points and concrete forms, verbal analogies of images: these are all traits present in Thomaz Rosa’s oeuvre. His works always seem to question their insertion in the world in a semiological way, in which the work tries to live with history in mutual terms,” writes the art critic Luiza Teixeira de Freitas about the artist’s practice.
